The whole firm, working for you

Every desk at Caliradi works on your account, led by one engagement lead who answers to you each week. In effect, a complete marketing department for the United States and Latin America, without building one.

Who it is for

For owners ready for the next stage of growth

Private works best when the owner is personally driving growth, and what got the company here, whether trade shows, marketplaces or an agency, has stopped scaling.

  • Manufacturers going direct

Your exports run on trade shows, marketplaces and repeat customers. You want to sell directly to importers, distributors and brands looking for a manufacturer in the United States and Latin America, and in time, to build your own brand.

  • B2B companies that need pipeline

Your sales team is ready. What is missing is a steady flow of qualified conversations with the right accounts.

  • Companies opening Latin America

You want Latin America, for example starting with Mexico, to become a second line of growth, built in Spanish from the start.

Private is not the right fit for a one-off campaign, or for buying deliverables at the lowest unit price.

The firm

Not an account team. The whole firm.

Instead of one account manager relaying your requests to specialists you rarely meet, your engagement lead brings in every desk we have, and the plan decides how much each takes on each week. Our own production line and AI agents carry the drafting and volume, so your fee pays for people's judgment on every desk, not for hours.

One initiative, every desk

  1. Strategy

Which buyers to win, and what to say to each.

  2. Studio

The product film, deck and catalog, in Spanish and English.

  3. Web and search

A Spanish landing page that collects inquiries.

  4. Social

A launch calendar on the channels those buyers use.

  5. Outbound

First contact with the importers and distributors on the target list.

  6. Paid media

Ads that reach the same buyers around the launch.

  7. AI engineering

An agent that qualifies each inquiry and routes it to your sales team.

Your engagement lead makes it one launch, not seven projects.

Example: launching one product line in Mexico. An illustration of how the desks work together, not a client case.

Three regions, one relay

China

09:00–18:00 Beijing time

Research, content and Chinese platforms

Latin America

09:00–18:00 local time

Spanish-language client lead and Latin American markets

Silicon Valley

09:00–18:00 Pacific time

Leadership, strategy and AI engineering

Approximate business hours in each region, shown in your local time.

Work passes between China and the Americas as each working day ends, so whichever side of the Pacific you are on, your account keeps moving after your office closes.

Your engagement lead

One person owns your plan, writes your weekly review and is your single point of contact, in your language.

Leadership review

Each month, a member of Caliradi's leadership reviews the work and the numbers before your report goes out, and joins your quarterly planning by video. If anything is not right, you can reach them directly.

A named lead for every desk

Your proposal names the person who leads each desk on your account. One person may lead more than one desk, and you know who before you sign.

Scope

Seven desks, one plan

Every desk is on your account from the first month. This is what each one does.

Strategy

Where to win, and what to say there.

  • Market, competitor and buyer research in each target market
  • Maps of importers, distributors and buying committees
  • Offer, pricing and messaging for each market

Studio

Everything your buyers see and hear.

  • Brand and product films, presenter videos (from footage you supply, or AI-generated) and short-form cuts, made on our own production line
  • Scripts, voiceover and captions in each language
  • Ads, sales decks and catalogs in one brand system

Web and search

Easy to find, and easy to choose.

  • Your website and landing pages, improved or rebuilt where they hold back inquiries
  • Technical SEO and content written for the questions buyers ask
  • Answer-engine optimization: content and site structure that AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity can read and cite

Social

Present where your buyers already spend time.

  • A publishing calendar for each market, with content made by the studio
  • LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other major channels agreed in your plan
  • Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels and Douyin for Chinese-speaking audiences

Outbound

Conversations with the buyers you want.

  • Verified lists of importers, distributors and target accounts
  • Email from dedicated sending domains, with sender details and an opt-out in every message, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Trade-show outreach before the show and follow-up after it, with replies sorted and answered under your approval rules

Paid media

Spend that has to earn its place.

  • Meta campaigns built and managed, with Google and TikTok where the plan calls for them
  • Creative tests on a cadence set in the plan, with landing pages where a campaign needs one

AI engineering

The machinery that keeps it running.

  • Custom AI agents for lead qualification, reply drafting, content operations and reporting
  • Our client management system and your dashboard, configured around how you sell
  • Nurture and re-order sequences for new leads and existing customers

Volumes for each desk are set with you at the start of each quarter. If the plan needs more mid-quarter, we agree it with you first.

Approach

The first 90 days

A growth system takes a quarter to show its shape. The 90 days run from kick-off.

  1. Weeks 1–3

    Diagnose

Every desk audits its own ground: your markets, site, profiles, ad accounts, lists and assets, and how leads move today. Their findings become one plan.

You getYour growth plan: each market and its buyers, messaging in each language, the channel plan and budget split, quarterly targets and a 90-day roadmap.

  2. Week 4 · your decision

    Weeks 4–7

    Build

Once you approve the plan, every desk builds its part: pages, content, lists, ads and agents. The first campaigns go live.

You getThe channels in your plan, live and measured. Platform approvals and email warm-up set the exact dates.

  3. Weeks 8–12

    Run and scale

Weekly test cycles: more of what brings inquiries, less of what does not. The quarter closes with a full review.

You getA quarter-end review, and the plan for the next quarter.

By day 90, in place

  • The diagnostic and growth plan
  • An improved website and landing pages
  • Sending domains, ad accounts and social profiles
  • Your dashboard
  • Your first AI agents in use

Governance

How you stay in control

Operating rhythm

  • Every business day

    Shared channel

WeChat, WhatsApp, Slack or email. A reply within one business day from someone who knows your account.

  • Every week

    Written review

One page on the same weekday each week: what shipped, what moved and what changes next week. We talk it through on a call when you want one.

  • Every month

    Executive report

The measures agreed in your plan, such as qualified inquiries, samples sent, first orders and pipeline, with spend against budget and the decisions we need from you.

  • Every quarter

    Planning session

We review the quarter together and set the next one.

  • Any time

    Live dashboard

Your results, and spend against budget, whenever you want them.

What stays yours

  • Accounts in your name

Ad accounts, domains, sending domains, social profiles and analytics are opened in your company's name wherever the platform allows. Where a platform requires local verification, how the account is held and transferred is set out in your contract.

  • Media spend at cost

Paid by you directly to the platforms wherever they allow it. Where they do not, we pass it through at cost with the platform's receipts. We never mark it up.

  • Your approval rules

Nothing is published or sent under your name outside the approval rules you set in week one.

  • Your data, kept confidential

A mutual NDA is signed before the diagnostic. Only the people assigned to your account, and the member of leadership who reviews it, can see your name, data and accounts, each under a confidentiality agreement. You can see who has access, revoke it at any time and export your data whenever you ask.

  • No direct competitors

We do not work for a direct competitor in your product category at the same time.

  • A clean handover

If we part ways, the accounts stay in your name, and you receive your data, files, creative and the playbooks we documented for your account. Our software, including the AI agents built on it, can continue on one of our standard plans.

Engagement

Two ways to work with us

Both by application, both one-on-one. Flagship has a published price; Private is shaped around one company.

Flagship

One-on-one

US$3,997 a month.

A senior engagement lead runs your account one-on-one, with a direct line to our founding partner.

Included every month

  • Everything in our managed Scale plan
  • Category exclusivity for 12 months
  • A priority lane for compliance review
  • On-site support from our California office
  • Ad budget agreed in your application call
  • A 90-day written guarantee: miss the 90-day targets written into your contract, and 20% comes back

Quarterly US$10,791 (10% off) or annual US$38,371 (20% off), arranged on the application call. Bank transfer (ACH) accepted.

Private

The whole firm, seven desks

Engagements begin at US$10,000 a month.

Your first commitment is one month. You receive the growth plan by the end of week three and decide by the end of week four. Months two and three are billed only if you approve the plan, and the diagnostic and plan are yours either way.

Included every month

  • Your engagement lead and all seven desks
  • Everything we produce for you, in each language in scope
  • Our client management system, your dashboard and custom AI agents, configured for you

The entry fee covers one target market in up to two languages. Each further market or language, and any step up in production volume, is priced line by line in your proposal.

Private in detail

Not included

  • Media spend
  • Trade-show fees and travel
  • Third-party domains, mailboxes, data and tool seats, itemized in your proposal

Terms

  • Contracted and invoiced in US dollars by a US company, monthly in advance, starting at kick-off
  • If you continue after month one: an initial term of three months from kick-off, then month to month on 30 days' notice
  • A master services agreement, with a statement of work reset each quarter

The alternatives

  • Hiring one marketing manager in the US

A median annual wage of US$166,790, before benefits, recruiting and the months it takes to ramp up. A year of Private at the entry fee costs less than that one salary, and puts seven desks on your account instead of one person.

  • A specialist agency for each channel

A separate retainer for each, and no one responsible for the whole plan.

Wage figure: US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, median annual wage for marketing managers, May 2025.

Questions

Questions to ask before you apply

Will people work on our account full-time?

No, by design: full-time seats would mean paying for idle hours. You pay for the work of every desk instead, and your monthly report shows what each one shipped.

Who will we actually work with?

People you meet before you sign. Your proposal names who leads each desk on your account, and at the proposal stage you meet your engagement lead and a member of leadership.

Caliradi is a young company. Why should we trust you with this?

We are, so the engagement is built to be checked rather than trusted. Everything under What stays yours applies from day one, and the first commitment is one month.

How do you use AI, and who checks the work?

People set the strategy and approve the work. AI agents sort leads and prepare replies under rules you approve, and a person checks anything published or sent under your name. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Do you guarantee results?

Flagship does: like our managed plans, it carries a 90-day written guarantee. If we miss the 90-day targets written into your contract, 20% comes back. Private does not guarantee revenue or inquiry numbers. We commit to what we control: the work set for each quarter, and written reporting against the targets agreed in the diagnostic, every week and every month.

What do you need from our side?

One decision-maker for the weekly review, access to your accounts, and honest numbers. If you have an in-house team, we work alongside it and take on the work you hand us.

How do Flagship and Private differ from your managed plans?

Managed plans are fixed packages with set monthly volumes and a published price. Flagship is the one-on-one tier above them, also at a published price: everything in the Scale plan, run by a senior engagement lead. Private is shaped around one company: the plan and the volume each desk carries come from your targets.

Apply

Begin with a briefing

Every request is read by the people who would run your engagement, not by a sales team.

Target markets
Engagement
Monthly budget for this engagement, excluding media spend
Fields marked * are required.

  1. Request

    Two minutes, on this page.

  2. Briefing

Forty-five minutes by video with the strategist who would shape your plan. Beforehand, we review your website, your ads and how you appear in search and AI answers in your target markets. In the call, we share what we found and show recent work from each desk that matters to you: films from our studio, websites, an outbound sequence as a buyer receives it, and the client dashboard with sample data.

  3. Proposal

Within a week: what each desk will deliver in your first quarter, the fee and our first read of your market, all in writing. Before you sign, you meet the engagement lead who would run your account and the member of leadership who would review it.

  4. Kick-off

We are ready to start within two weeks of signing. Kick-off is the day we have access to your accounts.

  • No fee for the briefing
  • Treated as confidential from the first message
  • A reply within one business day
